In putting together my memory book of my trip to Florence, I realized
that the highlight was the cooking lesson! It was a wonderful
experience. You are an excellent instructor and I just had to thank
you again. The Mason group talked about our lesson for the rest of

Will do Ribollita as soon as the weather gets cooler. Arizona has
been over 100 degrees F ever since I returned.
