PROGRAMS - INTRO
a) MONTHLY PROGRAM
Monthly cooking programs geared to the recovery of the ancient Saperi – knowledge and wisdom - and Sapori (tastes and flavours) .
The classes will be composed of a group of 4-6 people that are willing to go above and beyond the regular Italian cooking.
The experience will be unique and will offer the opportunity to cook and eat dishes that will make you understand what nowadays the true Italian cuisine is.
b) WEEKLY PROGRAM
A plunge into Tuscan tradition: from earthy soups of the country side to the healthy fish of the Tirrenian coast.
The classes will be composed by small groups in a cheering and sharing atmosphere.
c) SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Special Programs are the boast of the school and the reason of the name “itinerary”.
Depending on months, some classes are done at Il Giglio Cooking School in Florence and some in charming places, often unknown to the large tourist mass, where to find an whole world to discover.
In May, June, September and October your unique course commences in glorious Florence, then you move to the magical Isola del Giglio.
With the motto “unwindyourself”, you will discover the local culture and learn to cook the local cuisine - including making goat's cheese and watching the locals making olive oil and wine from their own olive groves and vineyards.
Here the SAPERI AND SAPORI are accomplished with SOPORE ( the doziness that catches in silent and out-of-time environment).

Giglio Cooking School also offer personalised programs to groups or individual.
