There are no translations available. “If you want to learn, really learn, about Italian food or Italian culture, Chef Marcella Ansaldo is the person to see. I enrolled in one of Chef Ansaldo’s Italian food, culture, and society classes, and it truly was a great experience. Every class we would prepare some of her fantastic Italian recipes, all the while listening to Chef Ansaldo’s lectures on the history, the art, the culture, and most of all, the food of Italy… She brings this energy into the classroom that can be quite contagious; it’s a passion for her country and its food that not only motivates her, but really spills over in her lectures and starts to motivate the students to keep asking questions, to get out and experience the food and culture of Italy, and learn as much as possible… Chef Ansaldo is not only someone who has lived in Italy and experienced the food and culture, but she’s someone who has a great understanding and appreciation for what it means to be Italian and to eat Italian. I would recommend Giglio Cooking School to anyone interested in experience authentic Italy.”
