A JOURNEY THROUGH ITALIAN WINES
This course will try to introduce students to the least known producers of wine of this magnificent country: discovering grapes varieties and wine making techniques that have made of Italy one of the most important wine making countries in the world. Our goal will be to introduce participants to the not famous but excellent wine making realities of this country with an overview of methods of classification and win wine making.
The teacher will be Jonathan Ferace, a skilled sommelier and wine expert. He will drive the students through the mysterious world of the flavours of wines, explaining tricks and prices of highly advertised wines and real appreciation for authenticity.
Each class is composed by a lecture of about 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by the tasting of at least three wines.
Schedule: Mondays 06:00 to 08:00 pm Total classes: 4 Total hours: 8
