PROFESSIONAL PASTRY & BAKERY COURSE
This is an intensive 5-day course. About 20 recipes will be made from scratch. You will learn the secrets of pastry making (rising process, flour strength, temperatures and timing) in order to prepare excellent desserts for any occasion.
The teaching is always very precise but never intimidating: participants will feel at comfortable in a cozy and professional kitchen-laboratory.
Each participant receives a printed booklet with all the recipes.
The teacher will be Chef Giovanni Stecca.
